Home Depot - GE Hydrowave model GHWN4250DOWW
All the functions on washer work correctly but we have never been able go get more than 8 inches of water in the basin with the "Load Size" setting is on Super. According to another post on this site there should be 14" of water. GE has a site where there is a Owners Manual available and GE says there is technical help available but the technical help is a referral to a Service Tech. coming out to repair the problem. I cant afford $60 to $120 for a service tech to fix a problem that has existed since day 1. I should have brought it back to Home Depot on day 2. There are Youtube videos available on how to test the pressure switch which is how the water level measured but the people at GE cannot tell you how to remove the front panel or top panel to access where the pressure tube connects to the basin. I wold like to get some cooperation from GE to make this washer work correctly.
